POSITION: PROGRAM ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT
This is a Volunteer Position
REPORTS TO: Pastor Larry Boyd
DUTIES: The position of Program Assistant for CRTC, Inc will include, but is not limited to the following Communication and Clerical Skills
Means of Communication: Email and Text are the main means of communication for CRTC. Attendance at Monthly Zoom meetings, Listening, Problem Solving, Transportation to events.
This individual will be expected to be available to the President to communicate with her on matters involving the individual programs of the organization currently being worked on and those she wants established.
- Reading comprehension is an important skill in this position
- Typing – Computer Skills, Excel, PowerPoint. Word, Filing, Phone Etiquette,
- Ability to multi-task
- Manage a Flexible Schedule
- Microsoft Programs
- Taking Minutes of Meetings as necessary
- Developing program information as needed
- Other Duties as assigned.

FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:
The Financial Compensation for Grant Writer for CRTC, Inc. is based on the level and category of grant monies received.

POSITION: Grant Writer
REPORTS TO: CEO
A Grant Writer or Grant Maker is responsible for finding funding opportunities for an organization and writing polished proposals to earn grant money
DUTIES:
- Researching deadlines
- Drafting grant requests
- Submitting reports for approval
- Ability to Study and Understand the history, structure, objectives, progress, and financial needs of the organization.
- An effective Grant Writer should have excellent research and communication skills.
- They should be able to communicate in both written and verbal communication, especially in grant proposals, as this is their primary duty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To Research and Submit Proposals to Grant Coordinators for approval.
- Assist in fund raising for events for the organization.
- Respond to Internal and External procedure queries
- Maintain positive relationships with fund providers and other stakeholders
- Maintain records and submit reports related to grant opportunities.
- Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies.
- Draft grant proposals and supporting documents based on the funding requirements of the organization.
He or She will be expected to be available to the CEO to communicate, with her on matters involving the individual programs of the organization currently being worked on.
He or She will be familiar with the Vision and Mission of the Organization (CRT C, Inc.) as well as to each individual Program within the organization.
Information gathered for the grant He or She is working on for CRT C, Inc., or one of its Programs, will be for the sole purpose of CRT C, Inc.’s benefit. No information will be Disseminated or used for non- CRTC, Inc. grants or its Programs at any time.

POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE PROGRAM ASSISTANT TO CEO
This is a Volunteer Position
REPORTS TO: CEO – Frances Gladden
DUTIES: The position of an Administrative Program Assistant for CRTC, Inc will include, but is not limited to, the following Communication and Clerical Skills
Means of Communication:
Email and Text are the main means of communication for CRTC. Attendance at Monthly Zoom meetings, Listening, Problem Solving, Transportation to events.
This individual will be expected to be available to the CEO to communicate with her on matters involving the individual programs of Agape Nursing Home and Chaplaincy programs.
SKILLS:
Reading comprehension is an important skill in this position.

Who we are as a life changing organization
Carolina Regional Transitional Care, Inc. is an interdenominational organization made up of individuals, and various faith communities that have joined forces to facilitate and assist returning citizens and their families.
Our primary aim is to give assistance to the returning citizen in facing the challenges of reintegrating into the community and family. It is our goal to help every returning citizen sustain a successful reintegration. We recently reorganized to extend our services throughout all 100 Counties in North Carolina. We provide both pre-release and post-release services in counseling, housing, employment, food, clothing, and family reunification.
