It is the Vision of the Carolina Regional Transitional Care, INC. to, nurture, train, and equip returning citizens in various post release programs with the necessary skills and resources needed to become productive citizens.
Our Mission is to deliver comprehensive life coaching/mentoring services with biblical principles to returning citizens that will empower them to be productive citizens in their community.

- Assistance in overcoming social paralysis or “institutionalization” through life coaching.
- Help in gaining appropriate identification by giving assistance in getting an identity card or picture I.D.
- Opportunities for education and job

- Help overcoming addiction through counseling and support groups.
- Help mending broken family relationships through individual and family support groups
- Help overcome the stigma of being labeled
- Work to help returning citizens regain civil rights such as the right to vote.
