What is Released Time Christian Bible Education?

Christian Bible Education (RTCBE) is an interdenominational organization made up of individuals, and various faith communities that are committed to providing a program that will bring the Christian Word of God to school-age students for free with support from local Churches and Volunteering Retired Teachers or Lay-Persons in accordance with the State of North Carolina Statute 115-407.30 Article 29D (Student Prayer and Religious Activity) through our school Ministry Program.

committed to providing a program that will bring the Christian Word of God
to school-age students during the school day with support from local Churches and Volunteering Retired Teachers or Lay-Persons in accordance with the State of North Carolina Statute 115-407.30 Article 29D (Student Prayer and Religious Activity) through our school Ministry Program with credits to: School Ministries RTBE®

What Does RTBE Teach?

Students in the RTBE program are taught God’s Word from the Bible in a non-denominational biblical-based manner, engaging in prayer that helps in reducing violence, vandalism, and other discipline issues. Studies on the benefits of RTBE
have shown an increase in student’s GPA’s.

Responsibility, and an overall attitude toward others have shown to increase with this program.

Lessons are taken from scripture from both the Old and New Testaments, which is God’s infallible and Holy Word.

Students in the RTBE program from Grades 5 thru 8 are taught God’s Word from the Bible in a non-denominational manner.

Registration Forms will be handed out the first week of school.
Complete all information and return the form to the school office.

Classes will be held in Churches or Community Centers made available in each county.

How Is RTBE Funded?

Donations from Families of students, other individuals who are interested in helping our school-age children learn the Christian Word of God, local Churches will be asked to help with transportation to and from the schools to class sites. 

Individuals wishing to support our mission of :Sharing God’s Word throughout the world” may make a tax deductible donation to any of our programs by clicking any of the “Donate” bars at the bottom of the website.

Is there a cost to attend the class?

There is not a cost for students or parents but anyone can make a tax-deductible donation to the program or to CRTC, Inc. We accept PayPal.

How do Students Register?

Registration forms will be handed out the first week of school. Complete all information and return the form to the school office.

What if I didn’t Receive a Registration form?

Please ask the School Office or contact an RTBE Representative.

Where are RTBE classes held?

Transportation will be provided for students to attend classes during school time in each county at Churches or Community Centers which have agreed to work with us in this program.
